Viktor Ishaev together with the governor of Kamchatskiy krai Vladimir Ilukhin laid the first foundation stone of the future foundation of a five-storey 50-apartment dwelling house. On this place in Severo-Vostok neighborhood two dwelling houses for young families, a car parking, a shopping centre, a playground and a sports ground will be built.
