«Yakutia” Air Company will start flying activity from Kamchatka to Alaska from July, 12
From the 12th of July flights from Russia to Anchorage, Alaska, will be resumed. Air planes of the air company “Yakutia” will fly from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy once a week from July, 12 till September, 13.
It’s supposed that the main passengers of the flights will be American tourists who will depart to the Far East to see wild nature.

The flights will be carried out by the air plane Boeing 737-700.

Direct flights from the Far East to Alaska existed in 2005, than after a break seasonal service was renewed in summer 2008 by efforts of the air company “Vladivostok Avia”. At that time air planes carried out flights twice a week en-route Vladivostok – Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy – Anchorage. A ticket from Petropavlovsk to Anchorage and return cost almost 33 thousand rubles.
