The second stage of XV Congress of the United Russia party opened on June 26 in Moscow. Party lists for territorial groups will be made. Candidates for the deputies of the State Duma of the seventh convocation and the pre-election program will be determined.
Regional delegation of United Russia from Kamchatka takes part in the Congress. It is headed by Valery Raenko, the secretary of the regional organization.
On Sunday the delegation was actively working at the Congress discussion sites.
Plenary meeting will take place on January 27. The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, is expected to make a speech there.
