47.5 million roubles will be allocated for building tourist infrastructure in Kamchatka in 2016. The money from the regional budget will be allocated in the form of subsidies. As a part of this program some new touristic objects will be built.
Hotels will be built for tourist accommodation in some remote areas of Kamchatka. For example, a new hotel for 18 people is under construction in Nikolskoye village. There is a plan to reconstruct the "Elgai" ("White reindeer") hotel in Palana settlement (Koryak district).
The Agency for Tourism and Foreign Relations of Kamchatka has joined the introduction of Global tourist navigation system.
