Refrain from trips to Kluchevskoy Volcano in Kamchatka
Nature Park "Volcanoes of Kamchatka" specialists highly recommend tourists to refrain from trips to Kluchevskoy Volcano because of its eruption.

In the immediate vicinity of the volcano the excess of maximum permissible gas concentration is possible. Ash falls can cause allergic reactions and put out of action cars and other equipment.

Visual examination of the highest active volcano of Eurasia is impossible at the moment because of the snowstorm. Its state analysis comes from the satellites and earthquake detection stations.

The height of the Kluchevskoy Volcano is 4750 m, its age is about 7 thousand years. Over the last 270 years there were more than 50 heavy eruptions. The last eruption was on 1 January 2015 and lasted until 24 March.
