The governor of Kamchatskiy krai presented the parents of the child born in a Day of 7 billion with the certificate of a flat
On November 15 the governor of Kamchatskiy krai Vladimir Ilukhin presented the parents of Sasha Mironenko with the certificate for receipt of a two-room flat and the certificate of United Nations Foundation in the sphere of population of Russian Federation “To a child born in a Day of 7 billion”.

According to the official data of demographic calculations of the Department of population of United Nations Foundation on October 31 the population of the world reached 7 billion people. This day campaigns confined to birth of  7-billionth child were held in 3 cities of Russian Federation – Saint-Petersburg, Kaliningrad and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy.

A boy who came into the world in the maternity hospital №1 in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy at 00.19 Kamchatka time October 31 became the first newborn in Russia. Registration of the baby named Alexander took place on Tuesday in the Department of Registration and Civil Status of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy.
The governor of Kamchatskiy krai Vladimir Ilukhin congratulated the parents of the child and wished them to grow a dignified citizen of Russia out of their son. The head of the region presented the parents – Marina and Konstantin Mironenko with the certificate for receipt of a two-room flat in the building house for youth in Severo-Vostok. It’s planned to finish building in 2012.

The birth certificate of a son, Alexander Konstantinovich Mironenko, and a commemorative medal “To a child born in a Day of 7 billion” were handed to the parents.
