According to the solution of U.N.O Fund in the sphere of population and the Russian Statistics Committee certificate of 7-milliardth tellurian must be given to the first child that will come into the world on October 31, 2011.
On October 31 night at 12-19 p.m. local time in maternity hospital №1 of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy a boy named Alexander came into the world. His weight is 3600 grams.
The mother of the new born baby, Marina Bogdanova, is presented with the certificate of 7-milliardth tellurian in solemn atmosphere. Later on during the registration of the child in the registry office the parents will be presented with the certificate for a flat in the dwelling house under construction in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy.
Today the governor of Kamchatskiy krai Vladimir Ilukhin has informed Russian Federation Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far-east Federal District Viktor Ishaev about this event.
