Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy has arrived in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy where he has visited a new neighborhood unit in the district of Severo-Vostochnoye shosse.
Currently the company “Dalspecstroy” is finishing 17 new dwelling houses building in “Severo-Vostok” neighborhood with engineering infrastructure, two transformer stations, water-supply plant with the central heat unit. Setting to work of the residential complex is planned for November 2011. At the same time seismic reinforcement of 38 dwelling houses and 8 social facilities (5 kindergartens, a secondary school, and 2 polyclinics) is coming to the end.
The neighborhood of residential development includes 17 dwelling houses, the total area of the flats is 41047,2 square meters. All the houses are constructed as per individual design in monolithic form.
Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy has come in one of the apartments of new settlers, looked over the sports ground, evaluated the quality of construction works on the whole.
«These houses are built for 100% federal money by the initiative of the President of Russian Federation and with the support of the Government of the country. Till the end of this year more than 40 thousand square meters on the program of seismic reinforcement will be put into commission. These are significant volumes», - said Viktor Ishaev.
Seismic reinforcement of 40 dwelling houses is made in Kamchatskiy krai as well.
Seismic reinforcement of social facilities must be completed by the end of November 2011.
