The Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic issued Ozerki LLC a permit for the construction of the third stage of a recreation center on the territory of the Zelenovskie Ozerki tourist and recreational cluster. Obtaining such documents is disclaimed by applicable law for residents of the Advanced social and economic development territory (TAD). The company headed by Zakhid Bashirov received status of resident of the TAD in 2017 with the support of the Development Corporation of Kamchatka.
The Corporation also took over all the procedures, execution of the package of documents required to obtain a construction permit as part of the support of the investment project “Construction and operation of guest houses as part of the Zelenovskie Ozerki tourist complex”. The Corporation also provided other assistance to the entrepreneur.
The project involves the construction of an administrative center and nine cottages for family and corporate recreation, as well as a swimming pool complex with thermal water. The total amount of investments exceeds 100 million rubles, it is planned to create about twenty new jobs.
By now, the main objects of the future recreation center are in a high degree of readiness, some buildings are undergoing finishing work, and engineering communications have been partially connected.
