Deputies of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky will consider the proposal on the establishment of twin-city relations with cities in countries of APEC.
Commenting on the proposal, mayor of the city Constantin Slyschenko pointed the great investment potential of Petropavlovsk and said that on March 19 the deputies will consider establishing of twining relations, especially to the cities of Japan and China, as well as the issue of improving investment and tourist attraction of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
